What Is Stamp Out Hunger?

The country’s largest one-day food drive provides residents in central Alabama with an easy way to donate food to those in need. You can simply leave your donation of non-perishable food items next to your mailbox before the delivery of the mail on Saturday, May 13. Letter carriers will collect these food donations as they deliver mail along their postal routes and distribute them to the Community Food Bank.

Donate Non-Perishable Food Items

Saturday, May 13

Place non-perishable food items in a plastic grocery bag. Set the bag next to your mailbox before your letter carrier arrives on their route. Your letter carrier will collect your donation and distribute it to the Community Food Bank.
